Jane has been making jams and relishes for friends and family since starting her apprenticeship at Rockpool in 1996 and has always dreamed of having her own label. After a constant stream of nagging, and with the access to the Bistrode kitchen Jane has finally been able to launch her own label, Kitchen Sync.

The 9 products in the range are a mixture of family favourites and garnishes that she’s developed and used in restaurants over the years. Available at Bistrode, in selected stores around the country and online, Kitchen Sync can help you add a little something extra to your at-home dining.

Great on toast, sandwiches, with roast poultry, meats and vegetables. Can be used as a dip and added to any tomato based sauce for that little bit extra!
Eggplant & Chilli Relish

Perfect with grilled fish, BBQ meats, anything smoked or part of an anti-pasto plate.
Beetroot Relish

Use also on an anti-pasto plate, sandwiches, to garnish fish and is ideal with fresh or aged goats cheese.
Smoked Garlic Mayo

A full flavoured mayonnaise that is wonderful on sandwiches and as a dipping sauce for anything fried, especially seafood.

This is a basic, but versatile salad dressing that we use in the restaurant for our green salads. Mix with equal parts Tomato Jam and Smoked Garlic Mayo for the best dressing ever.
Pear & Apricot Jam

This chunky jam made from fresh pears and dried apricots is bursting with flavour and never lasts long in our pantry.
Golden Syrup Curd

This rich, tangy curd is baked in the jar and can be served on toast, crumpets or spooned into pastry shells for an instant dessert.
Lemon Soy Dressing

This light Japanese style dressing with a hint of kombu and garlic can be used on salads or as a dipping sauce for meat and fish.
Garlic & Chilli Oil

Cook pasta in salted water. Warm Garlic & Chilli oil in a saucepan. Pour over pasta and toss with plenty of chopped parsley and parmesan.
OR -Bring oil to boiling in a large heavy based saucepan, add baby clams and cover with a lid. Stir a few times till clams are cooked and open. Add parsley and pour over pasta!
